In sports, nobody cares how hard you tried.

 

The scoreboard doesn’t track effort.

It tracks results.

He showed up.

He ran hard.

He finished the play.

 

“I’ll try” sounds polite, but it’s a half-commitment.

It leaves room to come up short and feel okay about it.

 

Here’s the truth.

Effort matters.

Hustle matters.

But only if something gets done.

 

Great teams don’t need more talk.

They need people who get on base and keep the line moving.
